Redefined the Video Wall Management for Telkom Indonesia

Indonesia, known as the “Country of Thousand Islands,” faces unique management challenges due to its vast archipelago, requiring efficient communication and collaborative efforts to address the impact of geographical dispersion, natural disasters, and increased workloads across departments.

Geographical challenges in Indonesia’s management stem from its numerous islands impacting inter-island communication. Efficient management requires effective communication, while collaborative efforts become crucial in the digital age to tackle demanding tasks and resolve management issues.

AVCiT assisted Telkom Indonesia in constructing an integrated command center, incorporating IP video wall control and Smart IP-Based KVM, to enable unified command and control across multiple departments for urban safety management and emergency response. The center features a 3×6 LCD video wall with an intuitive IP Video Wall Controller, allowing operators to seamlessly control content, audio, and volume while swiftly recalling video wall presets.
